Al Lynn brings two decades of experience in business management and human resources, building a strong foundation in project leadership and client management. Having successfully completed over 350 projects, he is known for his precision and clear communication. Al is recognized for balancing expertise with a client-first mindset, creating an environment where clients feel informed, confident, and at ease throughout the process.

With a degree in architecture and more than 16 years of experience as an owner's representative and ICI project management, Justin Da Silva brings depth, perspective and an Owner's approach to every build. Having led multi-million-dollar developments, he is skilled at translating complex processes into clear, approachable guidance, helping clients navigate the journey with clarity and peace of mind.

Together, Al and Justin form a dynamic duo, blending their expertise into a powerful balance of vision and execution. With communication at the heart of their process, they deliver exceptional results and a refined custom home experience.
